What you'll need: A piece of paper and a pen

Steps:

1. Write down an intention for the space
2. Consider where you want this space
3. Establish when you will be using this space
4. Identify who will be using this space
5. Explore how you will be using the space

Next, examine the space through the six senses:

1. Sight: how the space looks - aesthetics, colors
2. Touch: how things feel in the space - rugs or pillows, and also crystals
3. Sound: what sounds you'll want to hear in this space - music, bells, singing bowls
4. Smell: what scents are in this space - essential oils, teas, herbs
5. Taste: what you'll be drinking or consuming in this space - tea, kombucha
6. Spirit: how you'll connect with spirit in this space - a candle, plants, Oracle or Tarot deck, pendulum, journal
